The 2nd Annual Ponte Vedra Beach Home and Art Tour will showcase five exquisite homes located in the exclusive beach neighborhoods of The Plantation, Sawgrass Players Club, Marsh Landing and on Ponte Vedra Boulevard.
The St. Johns County Public Library System will be participating in “Snapshot: A Day in the Life of Florida Libraries” on Tuesday, January 25, 2011. This state-wide project will illustrate the importance of libraries for Florida’s citizens through collection of statistics, stories and photographs. Participating branches throughout the state will host events in hopes of increasing library awareness.
The St. Johns County Public Library System invites the community to join together in the enjoyment of reading for the 6th annual St. Johns Reads program. The month of February has been designated for the St. Johns Reads community reading project, and this year activities will focus on The Art of Racing in the Rain, a novel by Garth Stein.
The Ponte Vedra Beach Home and Art Tour returns to beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach on Saturday, March 5th, 2011 with Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices as its new title sponsor. It was announced today by Dick Williams, Executive Director of the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach, that the event is now called "The Legacy Trust Ponte Vedra Beach Home and Art Tour".
Art, music, friendship, and family connects the seven artists included in Friends and Family, the St. Johns Cultural Council’s newest Art in Public Spaces exhibit. The work will be on display in the Rotunda Gallery located in the St. Johns County Administration Building starting February 1, 2011.
